A Public Interest inves=

has yielded a peculiar historical background to Senator Jay Rockefeller’s
venture capital business activities in the early 1980’s, which suggests he
maintained a strong financial relationship with “white collar crime” memb=
ers
of the NY State Gambino Organized Crime Family, involved in Wall Street
activities, and others that would call into question his present position=
in
government. This odd history ma=
y have
eluded Senate vetting procedures designed to prevent the wrong parties fr=
om
election to the Senate Intelligence Committee. (It is noted that Rockefeller promote=
d the
concept for ten years prior to Bush’s first term of office that Saddam
Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction, a ploy used to promot=
e a
program to exchange nuclear power status for oil with Saddam Hussein being
developed by his cousin, John S. Rockefeller.)

h Jay
Rockefeller’s organization of West Virginia Venture Capital programs in 1=
979
through 1987, Senator Rockefeller courted these Gambinos (also deeply
involved in the 50’s and Rock and Roll Industries, such as the Jackson Fi=
ve,
movies like “the Wiz”, Dick Clark and Barry Gordy) to set up money launde=
ring
operations for him. Among the Rockefeller activities included illicitly
moving the Shah of Iran’s funds from Iran=
to the USA
by way of the US Virgin Islands, done as influence peddling for the Senat=
or.
Senator Rockefeller’s family had a strong relationship with the Shah of I=
ran
and set up capital money laundering to and from the former Iranian Royal
Family’s holdings in and outside of Iran after he was deposed.<=

with these Gambino Organized Crime figures and their lawyers then engaged=
in
investment activities in advanced startup technologies for Senator
Rockefeller, which under the control of Senator Rockefeller’s venture
operation, through middlemen such as Adnan Khashogi (Saudi Munitions Brok=
er)
and the Gambinos and certain Russian mob figures, engaged in sales of som=
e of
the more advanced startup technology illegally to the Intelligence Servic=
e of
the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the USSR starting in about 1983.
Such illicit deals included the gathering and offering of advanced weapons
grade computing technologies that could have equalized US technology development in the B-2 and
Stealth fighter programs, as well as providing the USSR with a marked advantag=
e in
ICBM guidance. All of it was hig=
hly
illegal. At the time, the primary
Soviet Mission to the United States
was situated on the northern border of Bronx, New York, giving the KGB substantial access to the
criminal community there and in Westchester
County, which also provided pa=
ss
throughs from the New York<=
/st1:place>
financial community and Wall Street. [
A center at 120 Broadway, NYC had been maintained by the Rockefeller fami=
ly
and certain partners (FDR, the Dupont Family…) as early as 1917, which
engaged in political support of the Bolshevik Revolution, the rise of the
Communists and the organization of the USSR, as well as financial involve=
ment
in helping the Nazi’s take control of Germany and the rebuilding of the
German Industrial and War Machines. Rebuilt in the 50’s, 120 Broadway and
surrounding businesses owned by the Rockefellers, have served as a “polit=
ical
enterprise” which engages in direct activities in foreign lands to support
development of Rockefeller business relationships there. Every member of the Rockefeller Famil=
y’s
financial circumstances (and there are 150 Rockefellers, approximately) a=
re
managed by Rockefeller Financial Services, for instance, supplying vast
moneys for private use in said family members bank accounts, while shield=
ing
the family from trillions of dollars of assets held “distantly” and throu=
gh
“proxy” in the US and foreign lands. The Rockefellers’ financial records =
are
maintained for RFS by IBM Corporation, which is considered “their computer
business”. Channels are maintai=
ned to
every leader in every country in the world, as well as to all of the many
businesses hidden ownership of which rests in the Rockefeller’s trust. The
law firm of Milbank Tweed are the sole representation for the Rockefeller=
s in
most business venues, through relationships with proxies and other law fi=
rms
and institutional stockholdings that make the Rockefellers look like mino=
rity
shareholders.]
During that 1979-1986 t=
ime
period, prior to his federal Senator-ship, it has been determined that Jay
arranged for his intermediaries to offer advanced supercomputing, V-Band
satellite and e-warfare technology to the KGB from his Gambino middlemen
through Russian Mob intermediaries, for use in defense activities of the
USSR. In 1983, the USSR was locked into and embroiled in a =
deep
Cold War confrontation with the USA. Involved in the Senator Rockefeller
proposed deals were associates of the Shah, including Adnan Khashogi, the
noted Saudi Munitions Dealer, members of the Gambino Organized Crime Fami=
ly,
including members of the Gambino family associates: Case, Sorcher, Casabu=
ro,
Heit and D’Onofrio, allegedly Asher Edelman, certain key employees at IBM
Corporation, at Citicorp Asian Pacific Financial Control, at AT&T
Microelectronics, Bernard Schwartz and his Loral Electronics of the day,
Yonkers Contracting Company, S&H Painting Company, Casaburro and
Associates and others in the business community, some of whom were also
offering to build and export the derived defense technologies illegally to
the Soviet Union. Many were also=
close
confidants of the Shah of Iran’s family, who served as social cross
connection in Riverdale, NY for many of the deals made by Jay
Rockefeller offered to the Soviets, who had close intelligence ties to
Khashogi and the former Shah of Iran.
The late Shah’s family was quite close to Khashogi from past deali=
ngs
as head of Iran.
Jay would surface potential technology acquisitions, Khashogi with intros
from the Shah’s family would offer them through cut outs to the KGB. Jay =
was
well aware he was organizing illegal trade transactions with the KGB.
During the course of Jay
Rockefeller’s efforts to do so, which extended from 1983 to 1986, several
elements of the conspiracy were busted by the Justice Department. Civil a=
ctions
were brought against Rockefellers’ intermediaries by some of the companies
who were being pressured to deliver technology. This halted Jay Rockefell=
er’s
scheme altogether, which was based almost exclusively on illegal sale and
transfer of restricted technologies to foreign lands to whom such technol=
ogy
sale and transfer was outlawed. Improper influence peddling, including
bribery on Jay’s behalf of NY Attorney General Robert Abrams (resulting in
his later resignation) and of other public figures helped Jay Rockefeller=
and
his associates stay out of trouble.
Under pressure of exposure, Jay exited the Venture Capital activit=
ies
and ran for Democrat Senator from W. Virginia in 1986, where this guilty
secret has languished in his memory ever since.
Jay Rockefeller was alm=
ost
exposed and apprehended when Organized Crime figures from Westchester
County, NY, Yonkers,
NY and Bronx,
NY simultaneously sang to=
the
Department of Justice during a RICO ACT matter that lasted from 1987 to
1993. The ACSA’s investigation
included background analysis of testimony in legal cases, statements by
witnesses, and personal knowledge of some who were targeted by Jay
Rockefeller when they refused to be involved nor would allow their compan=
ies
or technology products to be illegally exported. Those, Jay Rockefeller, with intermed=
iaries
in shareholders groups, arranged for Bernard Schwarz to file false compla=
ints
with Abrams who agreed to indict said companies wrongfully, in exchange f=
or
millions of dollars to Abrams campaign fund, to pressure them into
cooperating with Jay Rockefeller, Khashogi and the sales to the KGB. Abrams was also well ware he was
cooperating in a scheme of enrichment profiteering from sales to the Soviet Union illegally during the cold war, but l=
ooked
the other way for bribery. Abrams was later accused of selling his office=
by
the NY State Ethics and Integrity in Government Commission and resigned to
private practice. ACSA believes Abrams should have been disbarred and
prosecuted for treason along with Bernard Schwarz, Asher Adelmen, Jay
Rockefeller, and certain of the intermediaries in the Gambino family,
including Gambino, Castiglionelli, Sorcher, Heit, Case, D’Onofrio and
Casaburro.
An individual from that=
era who
fought against allowing the illegal exports successfully commented that he
felt: “At the time, the vast wealth and privileges of his being a member =
of
the Rockefeller family likely prevented Jay Rockefeller’s apprehension and
prosecution; he was able to buy all the protection he needed, political or
otherwise, both as a family member and as the scion of the family. However, that strongly suggests a
pre-inclination on his part to service and support enemies of the United
States, much as his family has during several wars, including World War II

. As a result, it is a foregone
conclusion that Senator Rockefeller should be removed from the Senate, ev=
en
if the Department of Justice was perhaps powerless to do anything about i=
t.
I’m not certain the FBI always knew all along he was trading illegal
technologies with the Soviet Union dur=
ing
the Cold War ‘with the help of a few friends’, but at one time they and t=
he
CIA were advised of it. Lacking
definitive evidence would prevent prosecution. He however is not qualified to hold a
security clearance with the Senate Intelligence Committee and such cleara=
nce
as he was granted must be revoked immediately. There should be an investigation if o=
nly
into his ties to the Mafia, the Shah, and Khashogi, not to mention the
KGB. Like so many other alleged
Rockefeller crimes, the prolific use of bribed public figures and their v=
ast
wealth seems to shield these blatant criminals from punishment, allowing =
them
to hide behind a shield of legitimacy and seeming philanthropy that reall=
y is
a fabrication behind which lays the real, criminal agenda of the family.<=
