In letters addressed to major news
publications, the American Computer Science Association accused John
Kerry of making fraudulent and false claims: spouting lies and
engaging in a proxy campaign of venomous misrepresentation. ACSA has identified
key areas where Kerry has distorted or lied about events.
Of particular focus, initially: false claims made
by Kerry regarding John McCain
and President Bush. Kerry made knowingly false claims regarding the behavior of the Bush Campaign
during the 2000 elections toward John McCain's Presidential
Campaign. Bush TV Ads about McCain had little impact on McCain's
run. But Kerry's lawsuit references them as if they were the
undoing of McCain's 2000 run. As a point of fact, ACSA's
nationwide campaign in 2000 to identify John McCain's role in the
Genocide committed against thousands of Arizona Navaho was the
central issue in McCain's withdrawal, not the Bush Campaign, as
claimed by Kerry. Reportedly, Senator McCain literally begged Kerry
to pull Kerry Campaign ads about McCain's 2000 run from further
airing.

ACSA indicated it would be publicly legally requesting full
disclosure of the CURRENT certified medical records of John Kerry
and of Bill Clinton.
"We've not yet read any of former President
Clinton's medical reports. There's something there when a President
won't release his medical records! Furthermore, we'd heard
rumors of a non-disclosed, life threatening ailment facing John
Kerry, we want him to set the record straight. If there is
even a remote possibility that the relatively inexperienced John
Edwards might have to replace Kerry, we want to know that before the
Public is asked to vote." said a spokesperson.
It indicated that while Kerry quickly pulled the McCain ads referred
to above (which ran on TV and in the press), his falsehoods were
already included in a lawsuit he filed with the Federal Elections
Commission. Reportedly, Kerry only pulled the ads after
McCain became aware that ACSA intended to sue Kerry and McCain on
the basis of "electioneering fraud and conspiracy to commit
Genocide." McCain and Kerry feared ACSA bringing
McCain's involvement in Genocide in Arizona once more to the public
forefront, as it turns out: Kerry was one of McCain's most ardent
"Dump the Navaho" supporters, along with Jay Rockefeller, Bill
Clinton, Al Gore and Ted Kennedy, who with Kerry, has constituency
involvement with the energy companies who were at the time part of
Peabody Western. Even though the ads were pulled (the lawsuit was
not): the spin doctored publicity damage was done, leaving the public in a
position once again to ignore McCain's Genocide against the Navaho
and Kerry's (and several other Democrats') rabid support for the law
that perpetrated the Genocide, a matter of public record.
Kennedy-Rockefeller favor banking has, combined
with efforts by Mayer Lehman, Hanson PLC and Peabody Energy,
blacklisted any publication in 1999 or 2000 who carried the news
item about the plight of the Navaho Elders, over 25% of who died
during the course of the forced resettlement.
President Bush has been adamant about allowing
the Navaho the right to determine their own future, but
unfortunately, by the time he took office in 2001, the law signed by
Bill Clinton to dispossess the Navaho had already resulted in 14000
families being relocated, and by then 25% of the aboriginal peoples
had died, over the course of 8 years. Since President Bush
took office, no further forced resettlements have been allowed, and
the White House forced the Bureau of Indian Affairs to issue public
apologies. Bush's strong support for the Navaho has been
opposed by Democratic Senators whose financial interests rest with
Peabody Energy, whose strip mines from 1979 to 2000 litter what used
to be the Navaho Black Mesa territory. Reconstruction of the
land has been proposed by environmentally conscious groups, but
undoing the damage done represents a very long and arduous process,
with the White House sidetracked onto today's main focus, the War on
Terrorism.
It has been noted by the ACSA that if Kerry is
elected, he will return the Arizona territories to their state of
relocation, and more Navaho will be force marched off their lands,
and strip mining will resume on all new mines. Activities by
Peabody in Colorado are presently under investigation, and an
injunction is in force for the Arizona mines prohibiting further
development. A recent Supreme Court ruling unfavorable to the
Navaho, reversing a prior ruling in favor of the Navaho, is being
considered by the Department of Justice at the urging of the White
House.
ROCKEFELLER COAL INTERESTS BANKROLLED PEABODY WESTERN
ACSA said on Monday, that it had determined that
the Rockefeller Group had created
Peabody Western Coal
from a Coal Company situated originally in Peabody, Massachusetts.
Several affiliated energy companies reside in Massachusetts and
share partial energy benefits from the Coal obtained through
Genocide activities against the Navaho. A map below shows the
breadth of Coal fueled electricity provided by Peabody. From 1965 to
the present day, with the help of Massachusetts political influence,
and the direct involvement of Senator John McCain, Morris Udahl, the
Rockefellers and Kennedy Family interests, Peabody (in line with
traditional displacement strategies of the Standard Oil Trust)
successfully perpetrated the worst example of Human Rights and Civil
Rights Violations in the modern history of the United States.
ACSA also indicated that one or more members of
the Kennedy and representatives of the Rockefeller family served on
the boards of those energy businesses. Peabody consistently
profited from the demise of and atrocities committed against
thousands of Dineh/Navaho elders who were unconstitutionally forced
off lands they'd owned since 1500 AD. Ownership of Peabody has
been perpetually hidden by Rockefeller proxy alliances with,
successively: Kennecott Petroleum (a merger dissolved by anti-Trust
regulators), Lord Hanson PLC in London, and Mayer Lehman Corporation
in NYC. Despite the avowed "pro-environment" political
platform of the Democratic Senators, they leveraged John McCain to
promote their Peabody Western Coal initiative, in part so as to
smear the Republican Party. Street names organized by Peabody
in Nevada secured the assistance of the Senators by contributing
soft and hard money donations to their Campaign Funds, a finding
verified by "Common Cause", a noted public advocacy group.
McCain, considered a left wing wrong way Republican, has publically
stated he is "proud of his strong friendship and alliance with"
Democrats including Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Al Gore, Bill Clinton
and Jay Rockefeller. This "friendship" has included his use of
influence to rewrite the so-called Indian Constitution, Title 25 of
the United States Code, to allow substitution of Indian ownership of
their own lands, with Bureau of Mines removal of Indians from their
lands, modification of Public Law to provide a $2500 per farm
payout, scarcely enough for an Indian family to live for a month or
two, upon eviction, and resettlement laws that force the Natives to
live on the dumping ground for openly visible Uranium Talings
exposed to levels of radiation in excess of 70 RADS, with no place
to range their herds, and no herds to range, their farm animals
having been seized by the Agriculture Department and sent to the
slaughterhouse, without compensation.
With the support of his Massachusetts and New
York sponsors such as Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry, McCain has
literally set back the United States reputation to pre-Civil War
levels. McCain and Peabody (along with the Senators who voted
for PL1973 and the Navaho Resettlement) have been condemned by the
United Nations Human Rights Commission and the Congress of Human
Rights of the European Communities for having deprived the Navaho of
any say in their future. Hundreds of Navaho support
organizations have continuously lobbied Congress to halt further
slurry pipelining of the Big Mountain and Black Mesa areas, and
return of the lands to the Navaho, to no avail. Congress, most
notably the Democrats who support the Navaho Resettlement Act and
PL1973, the so called "Accommodation Agreement" have continuously
urged the Press to make this a "non-issue" claiming electricity
would be cut off to their areas, if the Peabody coal were not
shipped to power their plants, despite the fact that those plants so
pollute the air and water they represent a singular hazard to human
health.

ACSA stated: the
pattern of false smears by Kerry against Bush have included a
preponderance of illegal tactics that spanned the "527'ers": a proxy
film full of inaccuracies: Fahrenheit 911, and dozens upon dozens of
fake proxy "Venom spitting" groups like: BushOut.org, MoveOn.org and
MissionNotAccomplished.org. ACSA has stated that these activities
represent an "across the board venom attack fueled by backers of
John Kerry, including Senator Jay Rockefeller, whose 'Iraqi Oil for
Exxon' agenda was dashed by the Bush Administration. Bush, instead,
gave Iraq's oil to it's own people to control, leading to
Rockefeller's current, venomous blackmailing of the Bush Campaign
through the electoral process. Had McCain been President,
Rockefeller's 'oil for Exxon' agenda would have been implemented by
McCain, who previously engaged in Genocide against the Natives of
Arizona for coal for a Rockefeller-Kennedy coal company known as
Peabody Group, during the 90's. Under McCain, the Iraqis would have
been subjected to occupation and seizure of their oil. Under Bush,
the Iraqis have been given their Freedom and control of their own
oil.
Nonetheless, the
Rockefellers are using the same ANTIWAR SCRIPTING of the Democratic
party, unfairly in the case of Bush, to achieve the result of
seizing Iraq’s oil, under an intended Kerry Administration. The
marginalizing of this behavior, of McCain’s Genocide against the
Navaho, and the intended Genocide and Seizure of Iraq’s oil that
failed, due to McCain’s withdrawal from his Presidential run, needs
to be considered long and hard by every American. Had McCain been
President, Iraq would have been occupied. Under Bush, Iraq has been
FREED. Had McCain been President, Iraqi oil would have been seized
by Exxon. Under Bush, the Iraqis control their own oil.
Nonetheless, in either case, Kerry would have been promoted by the
Rockefellers as “the next President” because he makes ‘a better
Puppet than McCain’ and because he is not ‘burdened by any
conscience’ regarding Genocide or Oil/Coal seizure, he has none of
the moral fortitude of President Bush: President Bush being too
committed to Freedom, Democracy and Independence in the Persian Gulf
than is to the liking of the Rockefeller Energy clan."
ACSA suggests that virtually all of the "venomous smears" have come
from Kerry, whose war record and post war anti-war record are not at
all in tune with the message Kerry is trying to deliver to the
public. ACSA has stated "John Kerry's perjury before Congress in
1971, including his false accusations of atrocities, is a complete
disgrace to every American veteran, living or dead".
ACSA stated: "We are well
aware that John Kerry knew we had been the parties who's TV Ads and
Documentary Film distribution showed the Genocide committed by John
McCain against thousands of Arizona Navaho, with Kerry's and other's
support in the Senate and House. In the decade before the 2000
Elections: Kerry knew we had identified an issue fatal to McCain's
Presidential run. Kerry knows that McCain was forced out of the election by
Republican Party Leadership. Such had absolutely nothing to do with
Bush, who had not yet emerged as the confirmed frontrunner at the time in
2000."
"In fact both Kerry and Ted Kennedy voted for McCain's NAVAHO
RESETTLEMENT that committed that latter part of this tragic GENOCIDE.
PL1973 was signed into law by Bill Clinton, who clearly cared less
what happened to the Navaho than he did regarding the Campaign
Contributions offered by Peabody Western Coal Company. Street name
contributors placed campaign funds into these politicians campaign coffers, and in the
case of Clinton, were simply paid in as 'speaking fees', money he
later used to buy much of Harlem with. In John McCain's case
they represented about 90% of his total campaign war chest."
ACSA noted that Kerry engaged in similar campaigns of deception as
his present "527-ers" smear campaign against Bush, during his
anti-war attacks on Washington. During that exercise in
smearing falsehoods, Kerry labeled every soldier
in Vietnam: "guilty of commissions of widespread atrocities, rapes,
beheadings and torture". He committed the same perjury before Congress in 1971. Kerry
also participated in meetings involving the Weather Underground,
whose agenda was to bomb elements of the US Government in the name
of the North Vietnamese. The agenda for Vietnam? Bring about a
softening up of the Vietnamese economic reserve to make it easier
for another Rockefeller company to attain dominance over oil fields
in the Gulf of Tonkin. All others results, including Lyndon
Johnson's fabrication of a reason to go to war, were completely
irrelevant to Kerry and Rockefeller.
ACSA suggests the interest Jay Rockefeller has demonstrated the
"Rockefeller Energy Agenda" by using
John Kerry to take control of the White House, or at least placing
President Bush under enormous pressure. Rockefeller's belief in
Kerry's loyalty stem mainly from alleged promises
made by Kerry to turn over control of Iraq's oil to Rockefeller,
depriving the Iraqi people of its benefit during the rebuilding of
Iraq.
ACSA suggests that alliances between Rockefeller businesses in
the Gulf and in Pakistan, have fueled Terrorist attacks on America,
to serve as a "cattle prod" to force the American political
leadership hand into invading Afghanistan and Iraq simply to protect
itself and to insure America's safety, after which, as American
leadership won't give Rockefeller control of the oil, he intends to
use the anti-war movement, allies who will stake terrorist strikes
in Iraq now and the John Kerry Campaign, in order to seize control
of the Iraqi Oil Reserves by electing a Puppet Government Leadership
over America: John Kerry and John Edwards being "the Rockefeller
Puppets".
The Afghan invasion in response to Pakistani Terrorists (the
Taliban) who had launched 9/11 from there and the US Coles attack
(among others), also had the consequence of reducing the
probabilities of a Russian oil pipeline competing with Rockefeller
partners for India's oil, India being the second largest customer of
Opec and the third largest customer of Rockefeller oil companies. It also blocked
the DEA's ability
to pursue anti-Heroin activities against Pakistan, the world's
supplier of refined Heroin and other opiates. An alliance with Pakistan was
necessary for the invasion of Afghanistan, but it's Pakistan who has played the dangerous game of
ally and enemy, in the Terror War. Ambassador at large H.
Towsen called Pakistan the "perpetual Arsonist and Fireman of
terrorism in Central Asia and the Middle East", an ambiguity that is
not easily dealt with in terms of American National Security.
The Iraqi invasion, intended to block Saddam Hussein's acquisition
of Nuclear Weapons from Pakistan, as had North Korea acquired them, and to depose
a horrific leader who murdered millions of his own and Iran's
citizens, also gave the Rockefellers (they believed) a chance at
seizing Iraq's oil, an opportunity that came and went as President
Bush came to discover their plot and took steps to insure that the
Iraqi People received control of their own oil. By blocking their
plot, President Bush only enraged the Rockefellers, as evidenced by
their organization of a massive venomous protest by Bill Clinton and
the protestors in NYC before the RNC Convention so as to try and
prevent the President from pulling far, far ahead of Kerry in the
polls. Manipulation of the Press and illegal proxy protests
are only two weapons in a literal arsenal of Rockefeller controlled
media and political weaponry.
ACSA has come to believe that broad spectrum black market alliances
between Rockefeller's global oil monopoly and Gulf and Central Asian
nations has resulted in broad spectrum terror attacks on civilian
Iraqis and American soldiers in Iraq on the ground, and in uprisings
like that of Imam Muqtada Al Saadr in Najaf and Falujah, and long
term suicide bombings against the state of Israel, whose existence
the Rockefellers, who were direct financial and military allies of
NAZI GERMANY prior to and during WWII, and financiers and organizers
of the NAZI GERMAN HOLOCAUST, tried to block.
ACSA has public ally indicated that it believes the Rockefellers
have been using John Kerry as a puppet to try and force Bush to stop
blockading Exxon and other Rockefeller interests from gaining
control of Iraq's oil, while President Bush has placed that oil in
the hands of the Iraqi people.
ACSA has identified the Rockefellers and their global oil, banking,
munitions and technology monopoly as "one of the leading
motivational forces behind terrorist attacks on the United States,
Israel and the world at large." ACSA has indicated that in the long
run, the Rockefellers came to believe international terrorism led to
softening up of economic conditions, making the cost of oil
exploration cheaper in target countries of the world, and at home,
in America. ACSA has indicated that Rockefeller 'soft money'
laundered into the Democratic Party is behind most of the Democratic
smears on the Bush Campaign.
ACSA decided to challenge one of those smears, for the benefit of
the Public, before the FEC and/or in Court, to give the Public a
chance to learn the validity of it's findings about McCain, his
Genocide against the Navaho he committed in exchange for campaign
funding, and it's parallels to Rockefeller's 'genocide and
terrorism agenda' frequently used to clear the way for their energy
monopoly's long range exploitation of the world's energy reserves.
BACKGROUND
ACSA stated the Kerry Campaign filed "a frivolous lawsuit" on
August 24, 2004. The suit, before the Federal Election Commission,
was an ill-advised attempt to block further public disclosure by
Vietnam war Veterans who'd been opposing Kerry campaigns since the
1970's. In the tactical lawsuit regarding the
Swift Boat Veterans, docketed before the FEC only as "John Kerry for
President, re: Swift Boat Veterans Campaign Advertisements", John
Kerry included public comments and false allegations in the
complaint comparing the Swift Boats to anti-John McCain ads
allegedly used by Bush in the 2000 elections.
Kerry also accused the Bush Campaign of being
behind the ads, which in reality were funded by a Texas millionaire
named Bob Perry who has backed many pro-Bush initiatives, but has no
direct participation in the Bush Campaign. A lawyer whose
advice was sought by the Swift Boat Vets for advice in dealing with
the Kerry lawsuits before the FEC, has since resigned from the Bush
Campaign so as to eliminate any allegations of impropriety.
Kerry failed to respond to similar allegations made by members of
the public about Kerry's unfettered use of dozens of proxy third
party organizations to harass the Bush Campaign,.

retaliatory for two such lawsuits filed against Kerry for illegal
use of so-called "527 organizations" in funding and shielding his

after MoveOn.org used "vulgar and fowl language and lies" to depict

An ACSA spokesperson explained: "Kerry received inordinate one-sided
press attention due to considerable and not that surprising press

ACSA indicated that John Kerry himself knew that McCain withdrew
from his 2000 presidential run under pressure from Human Rights
Groups on the Republican Party. ACSA states the pressure was brought

modification in support of the Genocide committed by McCain (and

LAWSUIT VS LAWSUIT, KERRY FIGHTS TO AVOID BEING CHARGED WITH
$62 MILLION IN ELECTIONEERING FRAUD, AS MCCAIN AVOIDS GOING TO JAIL
FOR GENOCIDE AND INSIDE MANIPULATION OF PUBLIC LAW IN VIOLATION OF
HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS, FOR PERSONAL GAIN
The two week old John Kerry FEC complaint against the Swift Boat
Vets, which is to be heard November 2, 2004 on the merits, by the
Federal Elections Commission, was responded to by Federal Election
Commission Chairman Bradley Smith, who defended the right of Swift
Boat Veterans for Truth, an independent political group, to run
commercials against Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry.
In it's current efforts, the ACSA not only challenged the Kerry FEC
Lawsuits allegations as being "entirely without merit", it believes
it can prove that Kerry knew when he tried to "blame Bush", that it
was actually the result of ACSA's public protest confrontation of
McCain in 2000 that made McCain withdraw.
ACSA states: "That confrontation identified a major national
campaign issue that would have been fatal to the Senator's and his
Party's Presidential aspirations in 2000: his direct involvement in
Genocide committed against the Arizona Navaho - the Di’neh.
Identifying a grand conspiracy to strip mine the Navaho Lands and
launch them onto a Nuclear Waste Dump Site without adequate
compensation, care or even the most basic necessities, had been
condemned by the UN, the EC and hundreds of Human Rights groups. It
had been hushed up by interference in Press coverage fostered by
financial powers behind McCain and Peabody Western Coal."
"Had it received public attention sufficiently during the 2000
Elections, which would have clearly insured a Gore Presidency. It
was only a matter of time before either Gore or Bush made an issue
of this horrific behavior by McCain. McCain was convinced by his
Party leadership, to withdraw, or he might face censure ship on the
floor of the Senate. At that time, even the Bureau of Indian Affairs
Secretary was frantically issuing public apologies as a result of
ACSA's widespread 'up the Volume' public disclosure campaign."
Similar false claims aimed at hiding the truths in the Swift Boat
Veterans public disclosure of false statements made to Congress in
1971 (about atrocities Kerry falsely alleged had been committed)
including references to the anti-McCain ads he falsely claimed were
responsible for McCain's withdrawal, were carried live on CBS, NBC,
FOX TV and CNN over the air the last week in August 2004 shortly
before the Republican National Convention. Kerry later agreed to
remove TV Ads that claimed McCain had been "smeared by Bush" during
the 2000 election at John McCain's request.
DETAILS OF OUR EFFORT
In its current public disclosure campaign, ACSA has accused Kerry of
"blowing the circumstances of negative ads by various third parties
about John McCain and John Kerry out of proportion and falsely
attributing them to the Bush Campaign, done in the same light. They
are blowing up Swift Boat Veterans ads funded by millionaire Robert
J. Perry, and trying to compare same with past anti-McCain ads, all
in an effort to attempt to diffuse the actual allegations about John
Kerry made by Swift Boat Vets. Those claims focused mainly on
Kerry's false accusations regarding across the board atrocities he
claimed were committed by American Soldiers during his service in
Vietnam, provable lies and a dishonor to the memory of those who
died in Vietnam. Kerry committed downright perjury when he testified
about alleged atrocities before Congress in 1971 during the height
of anti-war hysteria in America."
"In the case of John McCain, in a different election, the publicity
we provided 'Vanishing Prayer' - a film about the holocaust and
genocide being committed under John McCain's watchful supervision in
Arizona, are likely of the same magnitude as the revelations about
Kerry's lies about his service in Vietnam: the atrocities he claims
were committed while he was speaking from personal knowledge, were
not only sheer lies, they were commissions of false swearing and
perjury before Congress, back in 1971. In both situations expositive
films were and are likely responsible for both candidates losing
their Presidential runs, in Kerry's case, preceded by a plethora of
third party documentary films Kerry commissioned, such as Move On,
or Fahrenheit 911 which have, if anything, backfired on Kerry by
making him look like a liberal lackey of the left wing."
"We would like to commend Bob Perry and the Swift Boat Veterans for
Truth for at least bringing Kerry's lies to Congress about
atrocities he simply made up, to the Public's Attention. We agree,
Senator John Kerry should not be President of the United States. A
Referendum to that effect, voted on this weekend by our vast
computer industry membership, was unanimous on this account. As to
his false allegations against Bush for responsibility for public
disclosure of the truths brought forward by the SB Veterans for
Truth about the false claim of atrocities made by Kerry: we grant
John Kerry the title - 'the Pothead that called the Tea Kettle
Black'."
ACSA also stated that Kerry knowingly lied to the Federal Elections
Commission about the funding sources for ads that brought McCain
down in 2000 - they were funded by a private individual from New
Jersey, and the film, "Vanishing Prayer", was funded by a
Documentary Filmmaker out of his own pocket reportedly. By making a
claim John Kerry himself knew wasn't true, to whit - that the
alleged Bush anti-McCain ads in 2000 led to McCain's withdrawal,
Kerry has compounded his own lies about his involvement in funding
dozens of illegal 527 campaign groups with money from Democratic
backers.
ACSA has indicated that in the final analysis, it, not President
Bush, was largely the responsible party for bringing pressure
sufficiently to bear on McCain in 2000, in the form of its highly
accurate political ads, accurate documentary videos, email
campaigns, mail campaigns, and strong lobbying actions that led to
the withdrawal of John McCain from the 2000 Elections.
The acronym "ACSA" stands for the American Computer Scientists
Association inc., a coalition of members and businesses in the
computer industry, and unconnected with either political party or
any elections, and unconnected with the Bush and/or Kerry campaigns.
ACSA was originally founded in the 1980's by Dr. Jack A. Shulman,
and Dr. Ashim K. Das, as the American Certified Computer Consultants
Association Inc., and later renamed and reformed to its present
organization. A private non-profit foundation, ACSA's main website

Advocate on behalf of those who’s human or civil rights have been
violated.
In 1998, ACSA took up the Public Advocacy of the Human and Civil
Rights of the Navaho of Arizona after learning about their plight
from members of a "sweat lodge" belonging to an unrelated Tribal Group
in the Dakota territories.
ACSA FOLLOW UPS ALERTED KERRY DIRECTLY TO THE ISSUES, SO HE HAD
TO HAVE KNOWN, WHEN HE SMEARED PRESIDENT BUSH, HE CAN NOT
CLAIM IGNORANCE
In 2000 and 2001, ACSA had lengthy conversations with both of
Massachusetts’s Senators, Kerry and Kennedy's offices, by telephone
and email, to discuss the 2000 campaign and McCain's involvement in
Genocide. As a result, ACSA states: Kerry was well aware that McCain
dropped out of the race when confronted with ACSA's massive public
disclosure project about the Genocide committed against the Di’neh
Navaho.
The project, entitled "Am I My Brother's Keeper" was an in depth
public disclosure of Senator McCain's participation in and support
for Genocide in America that the ACSA has maintained since 1998, and
which continues to the present day. A website,
http://www.cain2000.org, was superseded by the current website,
http://www.cain2004.org, carrying the disclosure to the Public.
Promotional efforts included Web-casts, Seminars, TV Broadcasts,
Radio Interviews, million upon million of "direct contact" emails,
and written materials. Such was accompanied by hundreds of
supporting organizations engaging in their own concert of appeals on
behalf of the Arizona Navaho-Di’neh.
The ACSA disclosures included a full timeline of disclosure of
McCain's involvement in Genocide against the Navaho (Di’neh) and his
drafting of Public Law S1973. Known as the Navaho Resettlement Act,
McCain included terms which were in deliberate violation of Arizona
Navaho's Human Rights. His 1996 amendments, were found in the final
Public Law S1973 that was signed by President Clinton. When
questioned, Clinton repeatedly feigned ignorance on having signed
the Genocidal act. Clinton repeatedly refused to respond to
condemnation letters from the UN and from the European Communities,
and has since fended off all allegations that Clinton received
compensation, disguised as "speaking fees" from the NY State
Brokerage: Mayer Lehman, the present proxy owners of Peabody Western
Coal.
The forced resettlements in Arizona have reportedly resulted in the
deaths of nearly 25% of all the aboriginal Navaho elders forcibly
relocated. The mounting deaths now number in thousands, and forced
resettlement of thousands of families onto a Nuclear Waste Dump,
where the children are forced to live and play amid openly visible
Uranium Tailings. It has devastated the Navaho. The birth defect
rate at the relocation site is over twice the national average.
Furthermore, promised licensing fees for strip mines that devastated
their territories were never paid, and compensation to each family,
roughly equal to one month's food and board, was below contemptible
levels according to a United Nations study.
ACSA has also accused Senator Kerry of direct support for the forced
resettlement of the Navaho onto Church's Hill, a nuclear waste dump
site, and for an equal share of guilt in the expulsion that resulted
in the brutalization and deaths of thousands of native Di'neh. The
Navaho Resettlement Act and its various updates and amendments
including S1973 were promoted by followers of Peabody Western,
including Senator and Congressman John McCain (R-AZ), Senator John
Kerry (D-MA), Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA), Senator and Governor Jay
Rockefeller (D-WV) and Senator Morris Udahl (D-AZ).
THE FINDINGS OF the ACSA WERE FATAL TO MCCAIN'S FUTURE
POLITICAL CAREER AND ARE LIKELY GOING TO BE FATAL FOR
KERRY'S, ROCKEFELLER'S AND KENNEDY'S.
John McCain pushed the 1996 Accommodation Agreement through
Congress, adding to the 1974 Navajo-Hopi Resettlement Act: which
effectively sealed the coffin on Di’neh-Navaho relocation. He spent
time arranging for the Bureau of Indian Affairs to modify it's
handling of the Navaho, and the Bureaus of Land Management and Mines
to take steps to interfere with the Navaho, to attempt to intimidate
them to remove themselves from their lands.
Not only did the McCain "Accommodation Agreement" deny the Di’neh
their civil rights, voice, or say-so within reservation life and key
laws that affect them, but it makes them renters on soil that has
been Di’neh land since 1500 A.D.
Further, signers of the Accommodation Agreement will have the
distinct honor of paying the Hopi tribal counsel (a puppet tribal
counsel created to falsify ownership rights to the Di’neh’s land by
Senator McCain and his predecessor, John Boyden Esq.) "rent" to
remain on land formally their own for only another 75 years, at
which time they must leave without any relocation benefits
whatsoever.
Further, the McCain "Accommodation Agreement" forces the Di’neh to
reduce their livestock to unacceptable sustenance levels, making
true survival almost impossible. Those that exceed livestock permit
levels on alleged HPL (Hopi Partitioned Land), are subject to
livestock seizures -- which happens all too often. These seizures
are coupled with Elder abuse and hefty fines, wherein Di’neh
Grandmothers get to buy back their livestock from the B.I.A. with
exorbitant interest. The Di’neh on Big Mountain for example, have
been living in abject poverty without electricity or drinking water
for over 25 years due to drainage and contamination of their
resources by the massive coal mine operations on Black Mesa.
The Di’neh are unable to make even the most basic home repairs due
to the Bennet Freeze law that precludes them from doing so (also a
part of 1974 Resettlement Act.)
ACSA exposure of Senator McCain in 2000 led to enormous public
complaint to both parties. The nationwide emailing of full
disclosure documents, and by maintaining several websites for public
reference: millions read about it, and millions more employed in
governmental positions received printed and email copy on the
disclosure. It led to a public apology by the director of the Bureau
of Indian Affairs.
ACSA indicated in the transmittals that Senator McCain and his
fellows (Kerry, Kennedy, Rockefeller, etc.) was "participating in
the Rape of the Dinah and their Lands" by obtaining campaign funding
from street names in Nevada who were related to Peabody Western, the
mining company who strip mined the stolen lands. It stated that the
same political funding source allegedly also benefited the campaigns
of Al Gore, John Kerry and Ted Kennedy.
ACSA further indicated that McCain did nothing in his tenure to help
the Di’neh with these laws, in fact frequently asked the then
Attorney General Janet Reno to enforce the Bennet Freeze, while
claiming in response to Navaho complaints he would "take care of
your problem immediately". Apparently, McCain's idea of resolving
the lack of water: seizure of Di'neh livestock and other violations
of their Human Rights, was to then also deprive them of even the
most basic rights and forcibly relocate them. The Accommodation
Agreement does nothing to aid their suffering, nothing to provide
them even the most basic survival resource: WATER.
July 7, 1986 was the original deadline for the removal of more than
10,000 Di’neh (Navaho) Indians from their ancestral homes in the
Southwest. Their removal was dictated by Public Law 93-531, the
Relocation Act, passed in 1974 by a largely misled and uninformed
Congress. The law partitioned a 3,000 square mile "Joint Use Area" (JUA)
within the "1982 Executive Order" area, constructed a 300 mile fence
imposing the partition, and requires the removal of all Navaho
residing on 1500 square miles of land. The lands are in the heart of
the Navajo reservation in Arizona. A Relocation Commission was
established under the Act to implement the relocation. The Di'neh
Navaho peacefully resisted all efforts to remove them until McCain
forcibly relocated them with the help of Clinton, Gore, Kerry,
Kennedy, Rockefeller and others on the Democratic side of the US
Senate.
P.L. 95-531 supposedly was passed to "settle" a "land dispute"
between Navajo and Hopi Indians. Several investigations have shown
that the "dispute" was manufactured and fought out between white
attorneys representing Peabody Coal, the U.S. Department of the
Interior, and a number of electrical utilities and coal gasification
companies operating in the Four Corners, high atop the Black Mesa.
The present law, constantly updated by John McCain as a Senator and
as a state Congressmen from Arizona before his tenure in the US
Senate, who was joined by Al Gore, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy and Jay
Rockefeller, was finally enacted at the rojoiceful final signing by
President Bill Clinton in 1996. Shortly afterward Attorney General
Janet Reno, at the urging of Senators McCain and Kerry ordered
Justice Officers in to Big Mountain and Black Mesa to remove the
peacefully resisting Navaho Di’neh Elders from their homes and
relocating them and their families to the Nuclear Waste Dump
euphemistically referred to by Clinton as "the New Lands".
The 1998 resettlement began but was interrupted: the United Nations
sent Human Rights investigators to the Big Mountain and Black Mesa
in Arizona and condemned the entire activity by McCain, Kerry, Gore
and Clinton as "an utterly contemptible violation of the Navaho's
Human Rights" and labeled the US "hypocritical on Human Rights", an
issue which has surfaced in the recent War against Terrorism
repeatedly.
Subsequent condemnation took place from hundreds of other Human
Rights Organizations and the Human Rights Commission of the European
Communities. Deadlines in 2000 for the final resettlement came
during the election period, and 14,000 more Di'neh were resettled
just as ACSA confronted McCain on his unlawful receipt of campaign
contributions from interests behind Peabody Western.
As a result, McCain was convinced by his party, to withdraw from his
Presidential run, for fear of damage from the ACSA public campaign
to expose McCain. McCain's efforts were redoubled thereafter,
involving further work with the Democrats involved with Peabody,
including Kerry, Kennedy and Rockefeller, aimed at expanding the
Black Mesa activity to wider sections of Navaho territory in Big
Mountain, where coal is found.
ACSA DISCOVERS THAT JOHN KERRY AND TED KENNEDY, AMONG OTHERS,
HAD PARTY ROLES IN THE NAVAHO RELOCATION ACT AND ACCOMPANYING
GENOCIDE
In his present release, ACSA's Chairperson directly accused John
Kerry of supporting Genocide in America, in promoting and signing
the Navaho Resettlement Act: and he accuses Senator McCain of
organizing it, resulting in thousands of deaths of First Americans
in Arizona. The Peabody Group, which originated in Kerry's
Massachusetts State Senate district in Peabody, Massachusetts,
organized by elements of the family of Winthrop Rockefeller of West
Virginia and Arkansas in partnership with wealthy Massachusetts
families, is now an international coal company. Peabody largely
expanded on the strength of unlawful gain derived from the
commission of Genocide in Arizona. ACSA suggests that the McCain
Accommodation Agreement and the Navaho Resettlement Act represent
the worst case of Human Rights Violation in US History. ACSA was
almost surprised to discover Democrats Kerry, Kennedy and
Rockefeller up to their ears in support for the forced resettlement
of the NAVAHO, taking steps in 1996 and 1998 to convince President
Clinton to sign the bill(s) and to convince AG Janet Reno to enforce
the removal of the Navaho to their Nuclear Waste Dump to live.
ACSA was less surprised when Common Cause identified street name
campaign funding in Senator McCain's, VP Gore's, and Senators
Kennedy and Kerry's campaign disclosures, all originating, according
to Common Cause, most likely from proxies sent them by Peabody
Western Coal Company.
A STORY ALMOST AS LURID AS SADDAM HUSSEIN'S PERSECUTION OF THE
KURDS OR ADOLPH HITLER'S MASS MURDER OF THE JEWS
ACSA has described the entire matter as "a story so horrifying it
sounds almost like Saddam Hussein killing thousands of Kurds or
Adolph Hitler's treatment of Jews, Gypsies, Catholics and the
Elderly and Infirm". ACSA suggests McCain should be impeached for
illegalities connected with his receipt of improper campaign
contributions in exchange for creating an illegal forced
resettlement of the Navaho Settlement Act, along with former
President Clinton, and Senators Rockefeller, Kennedy and John Kerry,
presently a candidate for the Presidency.
The ACSA has threatened to bring it's future lawsuit before the
Federal Elections Committee somewhat widened on behalf of Public
Demands that Kerry stop using fake organizations such as Moveon.org
to engage in false protest, making of movies and engaging in
guerilla electioneering in violation of Section 527 of the Federal
Election Status prohibiting the use of unregulated groups from
obtaining and spending campaign donations on such activities. It has
been suggested that as many as 500 such organizations were created
by the DNC for Kerry to siphon in funding that bypassed FEC Laws
prohibiting vast, unregulated donations for Presidential Campaigns,
and to circumvent Kerry responsibility for answering for any of the
many smear campaigns the DNC subsequently engaged in.
ACSA indicated the contemplated suit would allege that Kerry used
third parties to blanket smear campaigns that deprived the Public of
the true history of John McCain's withdrawal in 2000, and which also
deprived the public the true history of John Kerry's past false
testimony alleging atrocities and other wrongdoing, before Congress
in 1971, a few years before the introduction of the earliest
incarnation of the Navaho Resettlement Act.
ACSA, stated: "the Public and the Electorate have a right to know
what kind of men John Kerry, John McCain and other Senators are,
what they did to murder the Navaho... we reserve the right to file
suit in the interest of the Public". ACSA did not indicate when the
suit would be filed but identified it was consulting with counsel.
"This issue goes well beyond the 2004 Election", a spokesperson
stated, "we feel eventually, the Attorney General should seek to
remove McCain and his henchmen from the Senate altogether, and to
arrange for their eventual prosecution and trial, for what they've
done is a blemish on American History that simply won't go away
until they are sent away to a Federal Penitentiary."
THE FALSE COMPARISONS BY KERRY IN HIS LAWSUIT RUN TO THE CENTRAL
ISSUE OF KERRY'S USE OF 527 GROUPS TO HIDE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
BLATANT FALSEHOODS AND INACCURACIES IN THEIR SMEAR CAMPAIGN,
NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL USE OF $62 MILLION IN CAMPAIGN FUNDS.
In public debate that resulted upon the original release of it's
notice to the Press, ACSA stated it believes Kerry has engaged in a
campaign of lies and fake stories through such committees and groups
as "MoveOn" and "Mission Not Accomplished" (headed by DNC chairman
Terry McAuliffe) and hundreds of other DNC "proxy fronts" for the
purposes of staging badly designed sit ins, and other protest
activities "by proxy" and "involving information fraud" without
being held accountable for Public Integrity, nor such a widespread
breach of integrity in electioneering. ACSA stated it felt: "By
spending near $62 million to engage in 'safe lying through third
parties', Kerry is not being held accountable for the proxy lies
spread by Michael Moore or other groups like MoveOn.org and
MissionNotAccomplished.com, perpetrating election fraud and
insurrection".
ACSA indicated it believed Jay Rockefeller, West Virginia Democrat,
was behind the strategies of John McCain and of John Kerry and
Peabody. ACSA has publicly stated it believes the Rockefeller Family
Senator "has designs on Iraq's oil, through the Senators he
controls, and wishes to displace President Bush's 'Iraqi Oil for the
Iraqi People' initiative, replacing it with 'Iraqi Oil for Exxon'"
with the help of Senators Kerry, Edwards, Kennedy, former President
Clinton and Senator John McCain.
ACSA indicates the Rockefeller Family Senator, Jay Rockefeller, and
Rockefeller interests in Peabody, Mayer Lehman, Kennecott and Exxon,
had supported John McCain and Peabody Western's Genocide (and the
actions that preceded it) against the Navaho, because "The
Rockefeller Family is deeply involved in the history of Coal Mining
in this country, and frequently uses proxies to strip the lands of
it's people and then it's coal or oil. In fact America is not the
only victim of the Rhinelander Rockefellers, it's happened on a
global basis, usually making America or the Jews or some other
scapegoat the fall guy, as seen in the present situation with Middle
Eastern Islamist Terrorists. We believe the terrorists to be
brainwashed fanatics programmed by institutional elements placed in
the Middle East and Pakistan by the Rockefeller family in the lee of
their many joint ventures with the royalty and wealthy who own and
operate the oil wells throughout the Middle East."
"ACSA believes that as part of their business model, the
Rockefeller's energy companies deliberately organize the redirection
of the suffering and the hate held by the impoverished of the Middle
East, suffering from the Rockefeller's efforts to keep oil as cheap
to them as possible, by redirecting the hate against the United
States, Israel, and Zionism. Such serves as an escape mechanism
allowing the Rockefellers businesses to mine, pump, distribute,
refine and sell crude oil cheaply throughout the world, while
racial, political and religious groups take the heat. The confusion
that results, completely misses the Rockefellers entirely and
usually results in suicide bombings in Israel, tragedies like the US
Coles and WTC 9/11 tragedies and costs America far, far more than it
would be worth to allow the Rockefellers to continue. We have come
to conclude that the Rockefellers, while they live in America, have
a much greater loyalty to their roots, in Rhinelander Nazi Germany,
than they will ever have to America, Democracy, Human Rights and/or
Freedom."
ACSA indicates its investigation included confrontation of Peabody
Western, Hanson PLC, and its owners, by mail, email and sending
copies of the documentary films and ads, which were largely ignored
by the companies.
