Founded
in 1997, as a venture capital advisory firm, named after the Sikh
word for "Light", Ki'ran Ventures was originally organized
to bring "enlightened emerging companies" accelerated
access to resources ranging from venture capital, to personnel, to
technology enhancement, to advanced research alliances, to strategic
alliances with major technology companies.

Kiran
Ventures is expanding its field of operations into advising large
funds to support emerging companies with advanced telecom
infrastructure and advanced fusion computational solutions.
Ki'Ran and its New York partners have introduced ventures to nearly
$9,000,000 worth of venture capital startup funding from major
venture funds since 1998, recently started working as advisor to a
Seed Fund for Emerging Companies (SFEC) and is presently working in
conjunction with it's partners in the Wall Street investment banking
industry, to advise in the investment of an additional $250,000,000
in venture capital funds, with over $50,000,000 to be committed
towards existing startup businesses by those we are assisting. KiRan
ventures is a services oriented firm which does not take equity in
any of the companies it assists, so as to keep it's advisory service
unhindered by conflicts of interest.
