ACSA’s Public Integrity in Campaign 2004 Initiative describes Kerry Campaign as “desperation during a nosedive”: Kerry + Terrorism, coordinated.

New York City, NY, September 8, 2004: ACSA http://www.acsa.net editorially accuses Kerry Campaign of behaving with ‘picayune desperation during a nosedive in his popularity’. ACSA indicates: Kerry is using tactics and behavior that undermine America’s efforts in dealing with Terrorism. ACSA’s study revealed Kerry’s methods: dancing around the issues and smearing the War in Iraq and the War against Terror, are actually HELPING the International Terrorists achieve their goals by undermining America’s reputation and resolve to fight Terror. ACSA indicated Kerry is deliberately timing public denial of the need for the Iraqi war and the war against Terror, or defaming it, just as various Terror attacks fostered by foreign terror groups take place in Iraq and Russia.

ACSA indicated it expected an attack on the US that was being coordinated by “some unknown third party coordination arm” to work IN CONJUNCTION with Kerry counterpunches at the Bush Administration. Such could have the effect of blunting American public consensus in opposition to the Terrorism. ACSA also believes the strategy, accompanied by ongoing Terrorism, tended to deflect Kerry’s perceived weakness in that area by creating a "mental contradiction" in the mind's eye of the average American. In the event that terrorism hits continental USA, the psychological effect would be for Americans to believe that Kerry had won a battle against Bush National Security programs.

ACSA believes both Kerry's Campaign positioning on these issues and Bin Laden's upcoming anticiptaed attack are "being stage managed". ACSA noted the recent tape by Bin Laden / Al Zawahari (web news) as a sign of impending attack on the US mainland makes essentially the same arguments as are being made by Kerry’s Campaign… oddly, it appears as if Bin Laden and John Kerry are “simpatico”, both attacking Bush using virtually identical arguments. Each of them accuses Bush of responsibility for their own behavior and for the circumstances of the war against Terror in Afghanistan and Iraq: one of whom is waging Terrorism in an effort to gain control of America and President Bush militarily, the other of whom is trying to leverage it in a Harassment / Smear Campaign to gain control of America and to topple Bush politically..

Are both Bin Laden/Al Zawahari and John Kerry / John Edwards serving the same ultimate grandmaster in the world of international oil politics and political chess play? Who is this secret, shadowy grandmaster?

The two waves occurring simultaneously, Kerry’s bizarre campaign and the Terrorism, ACSA indicated, appear coordinated to undermine public confidence and awareness; attacks take place as Kerry insists there was never any need to oppose them. ACSA indicated that statistically, it would be impossible for this to be an accident; it is being ‘stage managed’ from without. ACSA's study concluded that backers of Kerry are intent upon undermining the War against Terror while gaining access to vast Iraqi Oil Reserves; questions if Kerry is being coordinated as was his Anti-War Movement in 1971, during which he met with the North Vietnamese leadership to organize his protest activities. ACSA questions if Kerry is not tacitly allowing his campaign to be used by foreign interests involved in harboring terrorism; whose intent is to undermine America’s forward momentum in the war against Terror. ACSA suggests that a criminal investigation of the primary political backers of the Kerry Campaign is in order, pointing out they include businesses largely involved in Opec Oil Distribution who stand much to gain.’

“We have to tell the public the truth about what’s going on, it’s our responsibility as a private research foundation and News publications,” stated an ACSA Advances Newsmagazine representative when asked.

The American Computer Scientists Association’s Advances News-magazine issued a scathing editorial attack on John Kerry and his campaign manager, Terry McAuliffe, accusing the Campaign of turning their tactics into a “picayune strategy of desperate smears” aimed at undermining and defaming the War in Iraq, the War on Terror, the President’s National Guard Record, the American Economy, and other elements of America in a “desperate crash and burn campaign of destruction that is actually trying to make America look foolish, spend crazy and weak.”

”They are clearly receiving help from Press in companies owner influenced by the Rockefeller family, Jay Rockefeller is a key Kerry backer in the Senate and his Uncle is a key financial backer of the Democrats. In fact the kind of rhetoric being used by the Kerry Campaign is actually HELPING THE TERRORISTS, knowingly or not, and the terrorists were clearly TIMING VIOLENCE TO COINCIDE WITH KERRY’S ACTIVITIES. We believe Mr. Kerry has demonstrated his lack of honor in the commissioning of 60 Minutes to map out an unsubstantiated attack by a Democrat in a lying campaign trying to smear President Bush in joining the National Guard during the Vietnam War. The President has been forthright about his service, as has John Kerry about his. But certain parts about Kerry’s have surfaced, for instance how severe his wounds were. Kerry has not admitted his wounds were not very severe. Nor that he got out of the Military very suddenly because of three ‘bleeding incidents’ which were clearly not very severe. His continued resistance to this has created the problem in the first place, compounded by his blatantly lying before Congress in 1971 about alleged atrocities he would neither have been in a position to have any personal knowledge about, and which have since been disproved – they never happened.”

“In our opinion: Mr. Kerry did lie blatantly to Congress 1971 in a similar manner to his present lying campaign about Mr. Bush’s service, underwritten today by David Rockefeller’s influence of CBS to do a smear of the Bush record on, of all places, 60 Minutes. Which goes to show: when you can’t even begin to trust 60 Minutes and Dan Rather, then something like CBS is out the window, don’t even bother watching CBS. They can join NBC and CNN on the ‘all time no integrity news networks‘!!”

ACSA said it had mapped various bombings in Iraq, Russia and elsewhere, and found a strange coincidence between the level of violence and the simultaneous violence from the Terrorists suicide and remote bombings, and the overt strategies of opinion manipulation being resorted to by the Kerry campaign.

”Frighteningly, we found the speeches in the last four days by John Kerry were virtually mirrored in a harsher sense by argument made by Dr. Muhammad Al Zawahari, Bin Laden’s 2^nd in Command, in a tape sent to the world through CNN’s Al Jazeera affiliate.”

“We seem to be seeing an odd ‘coordination’ of the violence by the Terrorists, with Kerry’s Campaign position, which keeps changing as Kerry searches for a platform that will pull him out of his present tailspin. Were we paranoid, we’d be forced to conclude that his wealthiest patrons, someone like the Rockefellers’ international oil businesses which are partnered with the Saudis and Opec, were pulling Bin Laden’s Al Qaeda’s strings through the Pakistani President, Musharraf, so as to create a syncopated wave of support for Kerry and to leverage Kerry’s speechmaking for the Terrorists, while they were simultaneously funding Kerry’s Campaign. What’s strange, however, is that it took Al Zawahari two weeks to get his tape out and to Al Jazeera, but the material in Kerry’s speeches appeared only in the past week or less, after the tape was sent to Al Jazeera, but before anyone had reviewed it.”

”Were we even more paranoid, we’d conclude it was because President Bush was not allowing the US Army to grant Exxon Mobil the controlling position over Iraq’s oil industry redevelopment. But even that blockade on Rockefeller domination of Iraq’s oil industry seems to be eroding as the General Services Administration is simultaneously being manipulated from within to remove contractors like Halliburton and others and open up the bidding all over again.”

”Even then some pretty strange and unsubstantiated (generally that word means ‘BS’) anti-Israeli rumors are emerging from unknown officials at the Department of Justice trying to drive a wedge between America and Israel mirrored by Nazi politician Patrick Buchanan (promoter of the ‘Pollardite Theory of the Fourth Reich”) who is in the employ of Rockefeller business NBC as a ‘political analyst’, a euphemistic use of words meaning ‘he’s on supremacist David Rockefeller’s payroll,’ ” stated one editor for Advances, who added, “It certainly is odd that since before WWII, the Rockefeller’s businesses have been allied with both sides of every military dispute since time immemorial. Even today, they have a special alliance independent of political demographics with the very agency that created Al Qaeda and the Taliban and recruited Bin Laden. Meanwhile, they clearly are trying to oust Bush for withholding control of Iraqi oil and reserving it for the rebuilding of Iraq and it’s newfound democracy…”

ACSA, which does not engage in Political Activities, stated it was engaging in a Public Integrity Investigation of the two sides in the election, and had previously discovered participation by John Kerry in activities authored by his “gaggle” in the Senate, which include and led by Jay Rockefeller, and which include Senator John Reed, Senator John McCain, Senator Ted Kennedy, former VP Al Gore, and bed ridden former president Bill Clinton. Said activities by Kerry and the foregoing group of senators and leaders, included many. On Kerry’s ticket:

a) Kerry supports Human Rights Violations here in America. A full story of their enactment of laws that were ultimately condemned by the United Nations and the European Communities and which led to the deaths of thousands of Navaho-Dineh in Arizona in death-camp-like resettlements can be found at http://www.cain2004.org. Said allegedly unconstitutional laws and Human and Civil Rights Violations were promoted as “good for Energy policy” by Kerry, Kennedy and Gore, signed by Clinton into law in 1996 and 1998, and originated on the desks of John McCain and Jay Rockefeller, partners in the effort to promote Peabody Western Coal’s demise of the Arizona Navaho to steal the Native’s coal bearing lands while dumping the Navaho on a former Nuclear Waste Dump superfund site, a resettlement location with open Uranium tailings lining school yards where children are forced to play. Navaho were paid only as much as $2500 for each of their huge farm tracts ranging from a few dozen to hundreds of acres in size, in an unthinkable rape of a people and their lands on which they’ve resided since 1500 AD.

b) Kerry supported Environmental Law Violations. In supporting the above activities against the Dineh Navaho… Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton, Gore, Rockefeller, Reed and McCain actually embraced one of the worst series of violations of environmental law in America’s History, the strip mining of the Big Mountain, of the Black Mesa, and the draining of pristine water lakes throughout Arizona to pump ground coal in a “slurry” illegally under and through the aquifer in Arizona and Nevada to the Mohave Generating Station leading to the production of dirty coal fueled energy for Nevada’s Casinos, the profits being used to pay for their election campaigns.

c) Kerry and others’ Campaign Funding Oddities establish the above were for personal gain, ranging from those in the group who street names in Nevada used to launder corporate interest donations into the Democratic Party coffers, to funds used to shelter undisclosed and unregulated PACS ranging from the films of Michael Moore to MoveOn.org to the TV Show “60 Minutes II” and Dan Rather, a Sony Entertainment / CBS property linked to elements of Standard Oil of NY, a company operated by the Rockefeller Family to which Senator Rockefeller belongs. ACSA’s studies in that area can be found on it’s website at http://www.acsa.net. Press manipulation reached an all time high, found the study, with Democrats outnumbering Republicans in the opinion column nearly 10 to 1 among the Press, who knows well that wealthy democrats own their radio, TV station or newspaper publications.

ACSA’s PUBLIC INTEGRITY IN CAMPAIGN 2004 Initiative is entirely voluntary with no compensation paid to any of its members. ACSA obtains research directly and by interview and involves the nonpartisan assistance of volunteer investigators whose information is carefully checked and double checked before release.

ACSA has published a duplicate of a Yahoo.com-inc! Article at http://acsa.net/press/alzawaharifull.htm for comparison with Kerry’s speeches. ACSA indicated it believed that the Kerry speeches AND the Al Zawahari tape were a preamble to an attack on America at home in the USA Continent, and would be followed by terror bombings in Afghanistan and Iraq, perhaps elsewhere. ACSA indicated that the moment Osama Bin Laden himself issues a subsequent tape, that American’s should, in essence “take cover!”, for within a week to two weeks after Bin Laden himself appears, a terror attack will be ready and launched directly against the US Continent. ACSA has previously opined that American Security Readiness, while at an all time high, was lacking in any kind of defense works around critical infrastructures ranging from Oil Storage and Refineries, to Nuclear Reactors, Schools and Universities, large public gatherings, Rail and Transportation, and chemical, power and industrial facilities, and felt that none of the businesses involved had actually received additional security. It identified the major cause was a result of:

a) Congress misallocating the DHS budget on the basis of the old Federal Highway Spending Formula, leading to all the wrong counties getting the wrong proportionate share, leaving high risk targets unprotected.

b) Counties who received funding under the obsolete formula likely had more federal highways and less vulnerable targets, and/or had received a budget incorrect for their vulnerability, and had elected to spend the DHS moneys on infrastructure projects like new Forensic Laboratories, or new Engineering Centers for their county. As a result, most infrastructure today has no concrete barricading or anti-suicide bomb repels, schools have no more security than they had before, and nuclear reactors and chemical plants, refineries and storage facilities sit open and inviting targets of opportunity that could be used to murder tens of thousands of people.

c) A large number of completely misspent funds cases had surfaced: In one case, a Country Chosen Board of Freeholders had spent the entire budget for their County on a number of new $200,000 Sheriff’s SUVs with lights, air conditioning, trailer tow, off road tires for snowy terrain, ski racks and traction options, while completely ignoring the perimeter security in proximity to a classified Nuclear Laboratory. When asked if they were planning to repel an attack by the Alpine Ski Patrol there in their city in middle of a year round 100 degree temperature desert oasis, the Sheriff, who recently had received his new Humvee, just grinned. In another case, a county seat received a special almost $1,000,000 blood testing and detection unit for determining if Anthrax was present in victims blood. While this may sound appropriate, it not only was unlikely that they would ever have to face such a consequence as the entire county’s population was under 10000 spread out on farms surrounding an enormous interstate highway network, they had no idea how to use the unit nor a hospital to install it in. They hadn’t even realized it was meant for a Hospital System the size of Kaiser Permanente in California. The unit had to be stored in a rented group of six containers, since it wouldn’t fit into the Sheriff’s emergency medical office, a 15x24 foot room at the Sheriff’s department. Even the Sheriff’s office itself was smaller than the ground space covered by the testing equipment. Unfortunately for them, they’d bought the unit with no return policy and a long term, non-cancelable onsite warranty. An effort to resell the unit, which apparently is the only one in existence, has resulted in “no takers”. The manufacturer indicated it’s 10 year onsite warranty (billable after the first three years at nearly $4500 per month) would be enforced unless the Sheriff’s department found a buyer. (So, if anyone needs a million dollar hematology scanner capable of detecting Anthrax and a few other germs, let us know.)

ACSA has published a website http://www.cain2004.org that goes into detail about the Senators’ passing of changes to law that resulted in Genocide against the elder Navaho-Dineh of Arizona over the past decade. Voting and support records are available upon request for John Kerry, John McCain, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, John Reed, Jay Rockefeller, and other senators.

ACSA is not a political action committee and owes no loyalty to any party or candidate. It’s political investigations have focused mainly on public corruption, falsification of public issues, genocide by congressional enactments, and presidential law breaking, covering both Republicans AND Democrats, as well as Independents, Communist and Nazi Party members.
