This scenario, seen frequently in Israel in the form of double-suicide or double remote-detonated bombings. Such "double hits" are set off in close sequence and proximity so as to kill onlookers, family of victims and emergency workers rushing to the site of the first blast. This grisly tactic was one of the probable scenarios anticipated and planned by Al Qaeda in hitting the WTC with two jets a half hour apart on 9/11, so as to rain deadly debris down on gathering populations of civilians after the first strike.
We are of the opinion that if DHS was
able to foil, in July of 2003, one deadly Anthrax development camp
in Mexico, then, since Al Qaeda never does anything only once, we
are of the opinion that it may have had a second plan to deploy
another Germ
However, the timing of the current flights today and yesterday, having being turned back or cancelled, seems to suggest a second such scenario may have been in play to strike multiple targets with said Jets on Super Bowl Sunday (as everyone were glued to their TV sets) and possibly to strike the Super Bowl itself with a weapon like Botulinum, mirroring the prior attack set for Christmas and New Years. The Super Bowl is in Houston, Texas. Note that Al Qaeda has used Mexico as a hiding place to prepare bio weapons to attack the United States in the past year, so Texas's proximity to Mexico seems to make it likely that Al Qaeda might have had a contingency plan to create a Bio Weapon to attack the President's Home State during the Super Bowl, possibly the Super Bowl itself. Accordingly, we are issuing our own special Red Alert at ACSA, warning folks to be wary of attending large gatherings such as the Super Bowl, and to stay clear of New York City, the Coastal areas of New Jersey, Washington, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and other major metro areas such as LA and Chicago, for the next few days. Air Travel should be restricted for safety, it at all possible. Emergency, Fire and Police Workers are admonished NOT to rush to the site of any tragedy from their homes, and to instead contact their command post and follow the directions of the Department of Homeland Security so as not to be placed into a position where they become secondary targets as they reach a tragedy site or are crossing a bridge or tunnel. On duty Emergency Workers should be prepared to adopt Hazardous Materials Handling Tactics and to defend themselves from corrosives, radiologics and biologics.

The
US Government has turned back or cancelled 11 flights into the USA in
the past two days due to security concerns. The ACSA has
learned from qualified sources, that several Al Qaeda ground attacks
on the US by Sleeper Cells are "poised and ready" with the intent
being to hit near areas where Jet-liners or other such attacks take
place, so as to extend initial casualties to a much larger
surrounding population by hitting with a second hammer blow to the
local area surrounding any such disaster.
Weapon,
something like Clostridium Botulinum, and use it at some large
gathering, like the Super Bowl. The 2003 Anthrax weapon, whose
deliverers were arrested in LA days after the development camp in
Mexico was terminated (along with a former Russian germ-weapons
designer) by the US Navy Seals, was intended for the Rose Bowl on
New Years day (apparently), and aimed to time with Jetliner Attacks
on New York, New Jersey and Washington DC on Christmas and New
Years, all of which flights were cancelled.
