The JOB Guide
 (c) 2002 ACSA, Inc.

We at ACSA often find it important to offer others assistance and guidance in improving or strengthening their Careers.  Members of the public in and out of the Computer Industry are welcome to register with and become part of our Career Guidance Membership. Career Guidance Members are treated as Associate Members of ACSA, who, without paying a registration fee, are able to partake of such guidance as voluntary commercial businesses who focus on providing such, are willing to offer them.  Some may also have commercial services that you may want to avail yourself of.  All of them are firmly behind the principles of the ACSA Foundation: the adage "Every Person deserves an Honest Job with an Honest Day's Pay...", and agrees to the principles of ethics and integrity demanded by the ACSA.

Unlike many Handbooks to improving one's career, The Guide is a comprehensive On-Line guidance system which is designed to allow the user to find the resource and participate in the Career Guidance process, hopefully leading to improvements.  Over time, the Guide will grow in format, function and features.  It will be improved to hopefully incorporate more capabilities that can help the user with the ultimate goal of Career Guidance.

To use The Guide, select one of the categories below, then CLICK on the associated "GUIDANCE" button.

Fill in the appropriate Registration Form, and then you will be directed to a list of associated GUIDANCE PROVIDERS.  These include companies whose services and facilities are best geared to your needs.  As time goes on, more and more GUIDANCE PROVIDERS will be approved and linked in to ACSA-NET:

A page will appear listing and describing firms who have services in your area of interest.  Select one, or follow the directions for obtaining "Advancement Advice".
